SEASONING INSTRUCTIONS
Hillbilly Camp Ovens, Frypans and BBQ plates (Spun Steel)
Before the first use
1. Wash thoroughly with hot soapy water, rinse then dry completely.
2. Apply a light coating of cooking oil all over
3. Place over low heat for one hour or bake in a moderate oven for one hour
4. Wipe off any excess oil and the item is ready for use.
After each use use
1. Remove any excess food scraps
2. Add water to the hot frypan
3. Allow to deglaze
4. Simply empty out the water and wipe the surfaces clean with paper towel
5. Apply a light coating of cooking oil to all
surfaces before storing
