WARRANTY & RETURNS


PRODUCT WARRANTY

We are so confident in the quality of our camping gear that they are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE against poor workmanship, or faulty material. If the product is faulty or has been damaged during delivery, please send an email to sales@campingwithhillbilly.com along with your proof of purchase and we will ask you to send photos as evidence of the issue. If the product is deemed faulty or damaged we will offer a product replacement and post it to you at our expense.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product misuse or improper care of the product. For more information on proper use, please see the product care information on www.campingwithhillbilly.com

Hillbilly Camping Gear products when purchased through an authorised reseller carry the same warranty. 


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind after you receive your order, we will happily offer a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase as long as you provide your proof of purchase, the product has not been used and it is in original condition. You will be responsible to cover the postage costs of the return.

Any returned items that are damaged and/or do not adhere to the exchange conditions will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

If you are wanting to return an item, please send us an email to sales@campingwithhillbilly.com along with your proof of purchase and we will forward you the delivery instructions. Once we have received the item back and it has been inspected and meets the returns criteria, we will send out the new product (delivery at customers expense) or process  the refund back into your chosen bank account within 7 days.
